Tips after the First week after wisdom teeth removal?!

Question: Tips after the First week after wisdom teeth removal!?
I had my wisdom teeth removed about 9 days ago!. Everything is going!.!.!. decent!? Anyways I was just looking for some tips for after the first week of recovery!. I still have a bit of inflamation on the sides of the extraction sites but everything seems fine!. I still have some discomfort but im trying not to worry about it!. Anyways!. The instructions that my oral surgeon gave me say nothing about what to do after the stitches come out and the holes come in as i call it!. I only have stitches left on one of my holes, the other three are open!. I was not given an irrigation syringe and i was also told i did not need a follow up appointment so any help would be appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can gently rinse your mouth with warm salt water when you feel you have debris in the open spaces back there!. That problem drove me crazy - I was constantly trying to get the food un-stuck!. I know it doesn't seem possible, but the gaps will close eventually!. You'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat soft foods, don't smoke or drinking out of straws, use ice packs if your face swells, and pain killers!Www@Answer-Health@Com
