I have the same problem like u do and I maybe think the reason why: It depends, do u have swollen gums!? I do and the reason why it bleeds is because since it is swollen, the blood gets out so it can get all the swolleness gone!. That's what my dentist told me!.

Yes, this is normal!. Hope that helped! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ensure you brush (using a soft brush) 3 times a day, drink plenty of water, floss every day, and use mouth wash!. Bleeding from the gums is somewhat normal with sporadic flossing!. Treating gum disease is expensive and an uphill battle if they are trying to combat poor dental hygiene!. Take particularly good care of your mouth for the rest of your life (maybe even get "religion" about it) and, unless the problem has proceeded too far, you should be able to nurse yourself out of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are vitamin defficient and you have to take a multivitamin once daily to supplement what lacks in your system!. Anyway, your gums are sensitive right now so you have to use a soft tootbrush when brushing your teeth!. You may also massage your gums everytime you retire at night to let the blood vessels along the gum area to circulate well!. Eat fruits rich in vitamin C like guavas!. they exercise your teeth and gums to be strong enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
