Question: Do spacers hurt more than Braces, or vice versa!?
I got 6 spacers in and they didn't hurt at all, so I was wondering if braces hurt or not!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Spacers hurt like a beotch for me, so you're a trooper! My braces ages ago were ok, they only hurt like a day or so after I went to the orthodontist and got them adjusted!. Good luck! I'm sure you won't feel a thing if spacers didn't phase you!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

By rubber bands do you mean the little tiny colored ones that go around each bracket!? Those are the only rubber bands I ever had!. No, they don't hurt at all, they're to keep the metal wire on the brackets I think!. Either that or they're just for looks! I always go the periwinkle ones :) It was fun to get new colors each time I went in!.

Braces hurt more, although it's not a constant pain by any means!. They hurt after the brackets are glued on, when they connect them to the ring around your back teeth and when they tighten them at each appointment!. Other than that, they only hurt when your mouth gets chewed up by the brackets!. I strongly suggest getting a lot of wax from your orthodontist or even the new flavored wax balls that are made just for that purpose!.
I had braces for 18 months and don't really associate pain with the memory!. It's worth it! Good luck with your braces!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

whoa!.!.yeah braces hurt a whole lot more than spacers, im not trying to scare you but yeah they braces do rip your mouth up so bad, but just use a lot of wax on them when you first get them!. I literally would take a whole strip of wax and put it across the whole part of where the braces were and it feels so much better!. But once you get the braces off its so worth it cuz your teeth and like perfect, I mean like PERFECT all the angles, and symmetry is all on, so worth it!. But yes, they do hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Braces don't hurt to get them on, but after a few hours they hurt and it is very, very annoying!. You can barely eat anything and you just want to gnaw on everything!. It is also very hard to fall asleep!. I know all of this because I have had braces for a while!. I don't know how much spacers hurt, but from what you said it doesn't seem to hurt much so I would say braces!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You're talking about the little rubber rings they put inbetween your teeth, right!? I had spacers and braces for 4 years!.!. Spacers don't hurt as much as braces do, at least in my experience!. Braces are constantly pulling on your teeth, and when you get the wires tightened, your teeth are gonna be sore for a day or two, sometimes a little longer!. The amount of pain depends on how far your teeth have to move and how tight they tie the wires!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had spacers/ and then braces for 3 years!. The actual braces did not hurt nor did the procedure to apply them!. It's like gluing something to your teeth, no pain!. The only thing I found painful was when I went in to have them tightened!. It did not hurt when they did it, it was just sore for the next day or two!. I never felt actual pain when I had them!. Hope this helps! ps: I think the spacers made my teeth more sore than the tightening of the braces, but my teeth were very very close together!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My spacers just felt odd for a bit!.!.!.like popcorn in my teeth!. Braces didn't hurt me one bit!. I liked the braces because my teeth sucked and I liked how the braces looked!. My teeth are great now!. So, no!.!.no pain
Rubber bands kinda fix the overbite!. Not everyone gets them!. I got them!. They didn't hurt!.!.!.they ached a little, but not much!. I discovered that if you pulled the bottom and aimed you could use them as slingshots!. Very entertaining! They come out to eat, so it isn't terrible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I thought that the Spacers hurt the worst!. When you get the braces on the first two days will hurt!. Just take pain meds!. I was up all night the first night because of them!. I got mine put on in April!.!.!.!.Im fine now!. No pain after a week or two!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When i got my spacers they felt weird for like 3 days or so but when i got my braces it didnt hurt but it will hurt the first 4 days because thats when your teeth move the most! Good Luck if your getting them!Www@Answer-Health@Com

neither hurt badly though!.
the thing with braces is it might give you ulcers under your lip!. but the orthodontist gives you wax to help with that!.

I Had mine done about a month ago! The first few days they were sensitive but that was pretty much it!.!.i geuss it depends on the person and how crowded your teeth are!.!.the only part i hated was when they dry your mouth =X It felt really wierd!.!.just be sure to wear chapstick so your lips dont crack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No braces don't hurt, I just got mine off and I was kinda sad!.!.!.!.!.!.lol!.
The rubber bands just align your jaw/bite!.
