For some people, it doesn't hurt at all!. For others, there's some pain!. It depends on your teeth and your dentist!. They just adjust the wires to tighten your braces!. Your teeth might be sore for a few days, kind of like when you first got your braces on!. If you don't want pain, I suggest taking Tylenol or Advil or something about half an hour before you go!. well,it will hurt for 2-3 days,but dont worry u will get used to it!.it just ur gums will be sore for few days,but it wont effect u from eating or anything!.dont worry,i went through the same thing!.and it was worth handling the pain,its been 4 yrs now i got them off and my teeth are just perfect now!.;-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
its the same kinda pain as when they put them on!. all they do is tighten the wires so it pulls your teeth closer to straighten them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
