The new Damon system has a "trap door" so to speak!. You will have to try to slide it open in order to remove the bracket!. But you will be okay to just leave it until your next ortho appt if you can't get it to open!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you wanted to take the bracket out, you'd have to remove the colored bands from them - which is relatively easy to do, by using tweezers!.
I doubt you'd choke on it so it would be possible to leave it in, but if it would put your mind at ease then I suggest you try that!.
If the bracket came off of it's own accord (I highly doubt that because they are cemented on) then maybe you should ask your orthodontist to put extra strong adhesive on your tooth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well brackets don't "open" you have to take off that colorful band that is on them!. that is the purpose of them!. But it should be fine over night!. If if does fall off you will probably spit it out or swallow it!. Its to small to chock on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cant open it unless you take the band off But you should just leave it on in your sleep!. and then it will either 1!.stay on 2!.go off and you will swallow you it!. But dont worry you'll be okay with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
