There is a lot of tugging!. When I had mine off it felt like they were pulling me teeth off!. I don't think it really hurt!. Yes, I had white patches where the tracks were!.
One thing that bothered me is they left a patch of glue on and I could feel it scraping my mouth!.
You will feel like you don't have teeth, just slippery gums for the first few months!. It will feel very strange when you talk like you have slippery teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nope doesn't hurt!. trust me you'll be so excited you won't care!. i didn't see any discoloration but if you have some you can always get your teeth bleached or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
