I've noticed a difference!. I had some soft spots in my back lower molars because the crevices are rather deep!. It seems to be making my teeth feel stronger and the dentist seems to think its helping also!.
Unfortunately, it makes my tongue feel like its on fire while I'm swishing it around but I think its just because I have an oversensitivity to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
