Question: I need to get my wisdom teeth out and im allergic to pain killers!.!.!.!.!?!!?
I am going to see an oral surgeon today & setting up a date to get my wisdom teeth out!. I am allergic to vicodin & codiene!.!. I may have other allergies that is just the ones I know!. Anyone know what they could give me for the pain, or am I just going to have to deal with it without any medication!?!? Thanks for your help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You WILL need painkillers!. But, there are other painkillers available, other than Vicodin and Codeine (I'm intolerant to them too)!. Speak with your oral surgeon, you do have options :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
You don't need pain killers for extractions!. Just follow the surgeons instructions!. Sometimes we instruct the patient to take ibprophen or tylenol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had all 4 pulled and I was prescribed 800mg of Ibuprophen and Vicodin!.!.!.I didn't need to take the Vicodin!.!.!.the Ibuprophen worked fine for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When i got mine pulled i took advil and was fine!. You don't need pain killers, mine didn't even really hurt and i didn't swell at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
