Hi there!. I am 27 years old, and I had went and tried invisiline retainers/braces when I was 21!. The whole cost was going to range between $1,800 - $3,200 when all was said and done!. The reason why they can't give you an exact cost upfront is because they have to have new retainers made for your mouth as you progress from one set to the other!. Every time you have a new set made, it will cost!. They could predict that you will need these for 18 months for example, but you may really need them for 24 months instead!. OR they could think you need them for longer, and you really only neeed them for less time then they think!. It all depends on how quickly your teeth start to straighten out from these retainers!. I had an orthodontist that put me on an easy payment plan ( non financed ) so it was affordable!. Sadly for me, I never got my full use out of them! I found them to be very painful, and unpleasant!. You have to take them out every time you eat something, even the smallest thing! They also made me have a lisp when I talked! Next time I'm just going for regular braces, the white ones that are harder to see!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've heard that it's just as much as standard braces!. Luckily, most insurance plans look at it in the same way, so they cover them as if they were any other type of braces!.
My particular insurance requires an out of pocket cost of about $1900 for them!. Without insurance, I believe the figure is somewhere in the ballpark of $5,000!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I haven't had it but I do know that it depends on how bad your teeth are!.You can ask your dentist about the cost, or visit the Invisalign website and you can find one of their offices near you, and you can go in and get the cost!.Good luck! :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
