Theyve been there just like the rest of your teeth !.!.!. you dont see them because they are under the gum line !.!.!. they erupt when they are ready could be real early or later in life i see a lot of teens 17-mid 20's come in the office that i work at there usually the ones who are just getting them erupted !.!.!. so really they form like every single one of your other teeth when you where a kid theres nothing diffrent except that they erupt much laterWww@Answer-Health@Com
