Brush, floss, 2x a day it should clear up if you are doing thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm!. Are you flossing like you should!? Healthy gums are pinkish and not puffy!. A lot of times you hear that gum disease (gingivitis) presents as red, puffy or swollen gums, often, it begins with a loss of color!.
Flossing will remove plaqe and stimulate blood flow to the gums if done correctly!. You take a good length of floss, gently slide it up between the teeth!. Next, wrap it around the tooth about 1/2 way!. Then, gently rub up and down!. Do this in between all teeth and on the back sides of your last molars!. When you brush, use a SOFT bristle brush!. Angle the brush at about 45 degrees to the gumline and brush in a small, gentle, circular motion!.
Last, be sure to rinse with an antiseptic mouthwash!. Nothing too harsh, and if it burns terribly when you first start, you can follow it with a water rinse!.

If this doesn't bring the color back to your gums in a few short days, I'll be really surprised!. Try it & best of luck to you!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes this is a symptom of anemia!. A simple blood test can tell you if that is what it is!. Your gums should be pink, I would call my doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Floss and brush your gums every day! Go to the Dentist if it's really bothering youWww@Answer-Health@Com
