I don't know that a brand makes any difference at all!. They are all pretty much the same in the end, its the angle of the handle and that would be a preference!. We have several different types in my office and the actual part that does the "scraping" is pretty much identical!. You can also use your toothbrush, I think the idea of a scraper came in to remind people to do it, and just another way for the product companies to make $$Www@Answer-Health@Com
