Flossing before you brush is really more effective than flossing after you have bruhed, because sometimes, when you floss, the food particles have loosened up, but are still in your mouth, and with the help of you brushing, the food particles will be able to become loose!. Sorry, what I wrote isn't worded the way I wanted it to!. Hope this Helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My hygenist recently told me (at my last cleaning/exam) that flossing beforehand is more effective!.

This is because flossing loosens any food particles that may be stuck between your teeth, and can then be brushed away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
