Orthodontic retainer help....... =0?!
Question: Orthodontic retainer help!.!.!.!.!.!.!. =0!?
i am getting my braces off early this summer and i need some tips and things i need to know about retainers!. and also what colors look good on them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wash them frequently (I used efferdent denture cleaner) don't wear them when you eat, always put them back in their case when you dont wear them, no wrapping them in napkins and setting them aside!. As for the colors, thats more for you than anyone else because normally no one can see what color it is when its in anyway :) This may sound really odd!.!.!.but if you have pets, especially a dog, keep the retainer put up and out of reach!. For one reason or the other, animals love to chew on retainers!. My golden retriever practically ate two of mine!. Not good for your teeth and definitely not good for the pet's tummy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you eaither can clean your retainer with a tooth brush or a denture tablet!.
and when you are in the shower maybe put your retainers in a glass off mouth wash or water and baking soda and that will give then a good rinse!. but make sure you rinse them off with water!.
another thing is when you are eating or when your retainers are not in your mouth make sure they are in their case and you might want to put some water in it with the ratiners because this will help them be moist and not to dry out!.

and for wut color you should you should get a green and a blue
or a purple
but make sure you get wat you want

at first it will be 24!.7 but you only take it out when you are eating or drinking something!. or brushing your teeth ect!.
the time will go to to like 20 hours a day to like 18hr!. or to like 14hr!. to only at night time!.

Where it as you are directed!. What's the point of getting braces if you aren't going to follow through with the last stages of your treatment!?
Whenever you take it out, always put it in the case!. You might lose it if you put it elsewhere!.
