You probably are grinding your teeth!. I don't think there is much you can do to stop it, but there are ways you can protect your teeth!. There are special mouth guards that are made for this you can get at the store!. I think you can have some custome made by a dentist, but they are usually very pricey!. My dentist told me a cheap fix for the problem is to buy a child size mouth guard for sports!. They are less bulky than adult size so you can wear them more comfortably to sleep!. He also said you can trip the tops of the guards down with scissors so that they don't go so high over the gums (it takes of more bulk and you don't need them that high anyway, just need then high enough to cover the teeth!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can go to the store/drugstore for the time being and get a nightguard for your mouth if you think you are grinding your teeth!.

You should not use that for too long however, I think it says how long to use it on the box!.

But as soon as you can, see the dentist and they can determine if you need a mouthguard to wear nightly!.

Here is one brand of the 'disposable' night guards!.

That is just one brand, there should be more for you to choose from for now!. But remember, see a dentist about this as soon as you can, they can help you more!. They might cost a lot [I payed 300 for my last one] But they can get one fitted to your mouth better than any drugstore one can, and it would be okay to use for way more than however much the disposable ones can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a guard you can buy at the drug store that looks a little like a mouth guard, but you are supposed to wear it when sleeping to prevent the stress on your teeth!. Just make sure you get one that will fit well!

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
