yes you can but if it is a whitening one i wouldn't
becuz uner the braces the tooth would not be getting and whitening and half the tooth on top and bottom would!.
so when you would get yerr braces off they would be dicolored!.
i have braces and i just use the regular tooth paste and when i get my braces off i am useing arm and hamer whitineing tooth paste

I'm pretty sure you can because I have braces too and just continue my regular brushing routine!. If your really concerned though I would talk to your dentist or orthodontist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
