Answers:
Firstly, you please note that you can safely wait for July 24 ie your appointment with the dentist!.!.!.it won't get worse by that time!. Regarding retainer causing gingivitis, most of the times it is not possible!. Now, coming to the part !.!.!.!.!.the time it takes to cure gingivitis!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.most of the times it just requires 2-3 sittings at the dentist's !.!.!.!.!.!.during the first sittings, when he scrapes the stony, hard concretions from the affected teeth( which are the most, most common cause of gingivitis!!), the patient's gums start regaining their normal health from that day onwards!.
just relax, inspite of regular care gingivitis is known to occur!.!.!.!.I trust you are using the toothbrush correctly, but it would be fine to discuss it with your dentist during your next visit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The retainer cant cause gingivitis but some retainers are certainly known to cause receding gumline its very important to brush ur teeth after every meal and if u cant atleast brush them twice a day especially before bed at night plaque tartar and bacterica builds up heavily while ur sleeping even more so if u go to bed without brushing theres really no over the counter cure for gingivitis but ur dentist can give u a prescription for a special mouthwash that will take care of it!.!. in the mean time the only thing u can do is prevent it from getting worse or it happening which is flossing, brushing and rinsing with floride mouthwash
best of luck to youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get some mouthwash listerne but mix with some water!. Brush ur teath but behind or around the gums yes this will hurt but it may help it!. Gingivitis is caused when you dont brush well near the gums causing little foods to get stuck in the gums, making then swollen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like u are doing everything right!. Floss carefully and use anti-bacterial mouthwash!. Also, when you floss, make sure to spend plenty of time between teeth!. Just sticking it up and pulling it down isn't enough!. Kind of rub it agains each side of the tooth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep doing what you are doing until you can get to the dentist!. You might need teeth cleaning and maybe deep cleaning and even root scaling!.
Good luck!. I think the mouth guard is unrelated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

brush your teeth alot like 6 times a day and floss 4 times a day and use mouth wash 3 times a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
