Dental Cavity?!
Question: Dental Cavity!?
My dentist says I have a cavity, but I don't see anything!. Something doesn't seem right!. She says its small!. I have researched it online, but by what I have seen, It doesn't look like one!. She just looked at it with this hooked metal probe and said that i have a cavity!. Just wondering because I don't want to go through getting a filling if I don't need one!.

Look, dentists train for years so that they can identify cavities when they are small and easy to repair!. Just because you can't see a cavity doesn't mean there isn't one there!. The metal probe she used probably caught on a soft area in the tooth which is how she knows there is a cavity there!. By all means, leave it until it becomes bigger and a visible hole so that you are convinced before you have it fixed!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but it'll hurt a lot more and the filling will be much bigger than if you just trust your dentist and get it fixed now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Also x-rays can be done to confirm the cavity but often this is done if the cavity is deep
Your dentist wouldnt give u a filling for no reason, that doesnt make sense!. It's also common to have alot of cavities while having braces on cos you can't clean your teeth properly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
