my teeth are straight, and my braces came out 3 years ago [im 16]!. the problem is, ONE tooth on the bottom is shifting foward and i hate it!. it ruins my smile!.!.what can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a permanent retainer cemented to my bottom teeth to prevent that!. Also, you should still wear your top retainer when you sleep to remind your teeth were they need to be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
your "wisdom teeth" might be coming in which would cram your other teeth forward!. plus as another answerer said, you should wear a retainer on the lowers!. that would help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go back to your orthodontist and see if the problem can be corrected with an overnight retainer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
