Dental bone grafting?!

Question: Dental bone grafting!?
after having dental bone grafting surgery is it possible to put in a denture until the day for an implant or do you have to wait until the area heals!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
yes but you'll need to wait a week or two to let the area heal a little-then try not to wear the denture all the time!. You will need to let your gums "breathe" as much as possible!.!.!.!.!.wash mouth out with salt water often!.!.!.!.!.!.& Take a calcium supplement that promotes bone growth!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The area needs plenty of time for healing!. If you had an autologous bone graft from donor bone, it came in a "powder" form!.!.!.!.it needs to harden and graft in with your own bone!. This takes a while!. Especially for an implant!. An implant will be a permanent fixture into that bone area!.!.!.you want to make certain it has "taken" and healed before you begin putting in the post that will hold your tooth!.
For a denture, it won't take as long!. The reason for that is because as the shape of the bony area changes, the denture itself can be taken out and re-lined with a soft material so you'll have a better fit!.

Best of luck to you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
