Question: How do i get my teeth to!.!.!.!.!.!?
Ok, my teeth are not so white!. They don't look bad!. It's just i want them to look much brighter!. I brush my teeth for a long time too, and i use whitening tooth paste!. I heard that if you take medication for every day reasons for your whole life, then you cant really brush your teeth white because of a side effect of the medication!. If this is true, how do i get them brighter, and whiter!?
I wanted to get whitening strips at a store, but aren't they a little expensive!? Please help if you have a way to make teeth look whiter!.

Unfortunatly toothpastes and such can not remove the stains that soak into the tiny little tubules in your teeth!. Your teeth are kind of like a sponge so any time you drink or eat dark things or smoke they can stain your teeth!.
If you really want whiter teeth then go ahead and try the over the counter strips!. They are expensive but not as much as going to the dentist to get it done!. They essentially contain the same ingredients that is used in the dental office but just at a lower dosage!. After you use them for about a month or so you will probably notice a difference!. After that you will only have to do occasional touch ups!.
Also after bleaching make sure to avoid new stains by brushing immediately after drinking coke, coffee, eating berries or anything that can potentially stain your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think medication will make your teeth any color!. But the strips at the store is the cheapest way to go!. It cost about 30 to 40 dollars like a month supply!.But if you get laser on your teeth it will be like 250 or more but it is just and hour and it will only be once!. Your teeth will be at least 3-4 shades whiter!.good luck?Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you have time and money u could go to the dentist and get ur teeth witened n if u did just keep on brushing ur teeth well!. n use floss sometimes dentist gives u dental stuff to use too!. the dentist gave me a little pointy thing that i could use to scratch off the white things in my teeth=] hope this helped!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
