I had a minor operation under a general sedation and oh my it was real nice stuff!!!! Its great, dont be worried about it!.!.!.I didnt feel or remember a thing!.!. I felt a bit nauseous when I came round but wasnt actually sick or anything!.

When I worked for an oral surgeon back in the 80's they used a drug called Brevital for office procedures!. If you are going to the operating room, where I work now, there are drugs such as Versed (sedative), Propofol (amnesiac) and Fentanyl (narcotic for pain) that they use for many procedures not requiring general anesthesia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had two wisdom teeth taken out about two years ago, at the same time!. The medication was of a "Local" nature and i can honestly say, hand on heart that i felt no pain whatsoever!.
Don't worry, anaesthetics have come a long way since i first had to see a Dentist!Www@Answer-Health@Com
