Question: IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME!?!? My braces are messed up!!?
My braces are becoming extremely hard to manage!. My brackets are ripping off all the time!! Usually one comes off about every day!. I have had my braces for a year and this started happening just recently!. And NO I AM NOT EATING ANY STICKY FOODS! Please help me! Serious answers only please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may be becuase you are eating too many cold things!. Cold foods wear down the glue on brackets!. So that means limit yourself on ice cream, slushees, and what-not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Let your ortho know and also tell him that you will be requesting a refund soon so you can go to an ortho that know what they are doing!. That should fix it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
go call an orthadontist because you may have to start all over because maybe they forgot to put on both of glues!.

once one popped off when i had o peic of hard crust on my pizza!. try to aviod hard food, and get them looked at by your orthodontist!. maybe your cemet is wearing down!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
i think the bonding is wearing off and they should maybe be taken off and reapplied with new cementWww@Answer-Health@Com
