mk so I was eating cerial and I dunno HOW but all of a sudden I get this sharp stabbing metal pain in my tooth so I go to see!.!. and insted of my tooth bein like this

The pulp of the tooth is probably exposed!. I have never had this happen to me so I cant be of much help!. Do you have braces or a sibling that does!? You could use the orthodontic wax to put over the tooth that will keep it covered and stop it from hurting!. Tell your parents right now to run to walgreens and get some wax!. If it isnt midnight like it is here, go to the dentist right away!.

If it hurts that bad it is probably broken off and exposed the nerve!. The black that you see is probably decay!. You should probably rethink your priorities as far as your mouth/piercings go!. Piercings can always be done later but if you let your tooth decay to far then it might not be able to be saved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Part of your tooth broke off, possibly exposing the nerve!. If you are considering getting piercing done before the dentist it can't be hurting all that bad!.
