Question: Too much!? Bad idea!?
So, today I went shopping and I bought some listerine pre-brush whitening mouthwash as well as the mouthwash you use after you brush/floss!.!. But I also use arm&hammer whitening toothpaste and brush-on teeth whitener!. Should I use normal toothpaste!.!. drop the teeth whitener!? (i want to use the mouthwash) or is it ok to use it all!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok so for a start listerine is BAD, go to your dentist and get an oral cleanser or mouthwash from him such as peroxyl or something by oral b, not sure if you have that where you are but either way he/she will recommend you a decent mouthwash!. take it from me, most of these over the counter whitening products are harmful or useless!.!.!.!.!. listerine makes you feel like your mouth is clean but is essentially decomposing all your gum tissue/enamel/inner cheeks!. its BAD BAD BAD so please stop using it!. i understand using these products if your on a budget but you can still get cut price mouthwashes that arent listerine =], theres 8 year guarantee laser whitening avail at your dentist but that costs around $NZD1000 so dont know how much it was cost wherever you are!.!.!.!.!. otherwise you could get bleaching trays fitted at your local dentist or dental hygienist and bleach your teeth with the trays in at night, this is around $NZD250-500!. but using such a combination of whitening products wont be good for your oral health at all - hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
