Infection medicine for teeth pulled, pain?!

Question: Infection medicine for teeth pulled, pain!?
You see, a stupid dentist left a piece of metal in my tooth, after doing a root canal!. It set up infection, bad one actually and he done a poor job on the tooth next to it!. I had to have them both pulled!. The one with the metal in it had a round end on the root, where the infection was!. It has been almost three days now, since then it is like a burning sensation/pain there!. Is this normal!? It gets worse when I take my infection medicine, which seems to cause it to hurt more and my face to burn!. I believe it is just fighting the infection off, any help is appreciated!.

Sincerely

Try swishing around some warm salt water!. I know it sounds gross but trust me it works! I promise!. Don't swallow it though!. Use a juice glass and fill with warm but not hot water!. Pour in enough salt to really taste it!. (yuk, I know) and swish and spit, swish and spit!. Be sure to get it all in and around the surgical area!. It will work, It will work!. Do it 2-3 times a day for about 3 days!. Between that and the antibiotics you should be ok!. If not ok after the pills are gone, call the dentist right away!. Your face may be burning because of the infection!. But it could be an allergic reaction to the meds!. If it is just your face your probably reacting to the infection though!. Call the dentist and tell him!. It is his responsibility to make sure you come out of this ok!. Remind him if necessary!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all that metal should be extracted out to prevent further infection from continuing!. If you just take antibiotics that will only be temporary and infection will still start to build up!. Fix first the major problem why there is an infection, you will be surprised that after a day when that metal had been removed the wound starts to heal the following day!. Have that dentist remove the metal and have him/her prescribe the right antibiotics and pain reliever!. It is the responsibility of the dentist to fix this problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to call your dentist and tell them about this problem!. They know what meds you are taking and what you had done!. You may be having an allergic reaction to the antibiotics and they may need to make some changes in the medicine they gave you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
