Is there anyway to whitein your teeth without buying all those expensive product!

Question: Is there anyway to whitein your teeth without buying all those expensive products!?
Answers:
Well, first you would need to go have a professional dental cleaning, which most insurance companies allow at least once a year!. Then you need to eliminate items you consume that have a tendency to cause staining!.

*If* you drink coffee or wine, or dip/smoke tobacco, this would have to stop in order to eliminate further staining!.

Brushing with baking soda helps a lot, especially in conjunction with a good toothpaste that polishes as well as freshening breath and removing tartar!. Aqua Fresh makes one that works well!.

I can't say what has worked for others, but I have a friend that tried this when she quit smoking and I have noticed a definite improvement in the appearance of her teeth!.

I have seen similar questions on Y/A, and replies that state the "expensive products" they have tried are a waste of money!.

I also saw someone say once that they kicked down and paid for Zoom whitening through a dental office and it didn't work at all because the dentist failed to ask about history of taking Tetracycline, which apparently, if taken as a youngster (or during your mother's pregnancy) causes the teeth to be naturally yellowed all the way through--and the Zoom procedure doesn't fix that!.

Hope this helps!? You're sure to have many replies prior to mine, and afterwards!. Within them you may find a solution that works for you!.
