Answers:
Yes this is normal, make sure no food is stuck in there, as well!.
I got my braces off last October (after two years) and they're a pain!. I noticed that type of swelling all inbetween my molars on the gums!. I believe it is caused by the rapid movement of your teeth when the braces are first put on your teeth!. They will probably stay swollen for quite some time, it took me about 6 months to be able to eat normally again, after I first got them on!. Be patient with them, and make sure you take some advil, it might make the swelling on your gums go down!.

Good luck xx!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
