White strips are n ot bad for your teeth and will not errode the enamel of your teeth with regular use!. Things like soda and sugar are way worse for your teeth!. Acidic foods like lemons and such can actually errode your teeth but the crest white striips just contain a lower dosage of peroxide that the dentist uses in his office!. The product just bleaches the stains that get into all the tiny tubules of your teeth that can not be brushed away

They are fine to use as long as you don't use them too often, as they have abrasive formulas which can destroy the enamel!.
Therefore causing the dentine to be exposed causing sensitive and slightly yellow teeth!.
As the dentine itself is yellow, it will show through the enamel if the enamel is worn away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
