Stitches out early after molar extraction..gum loose??!

Question: Stitches out early after molar extraction!.!.gum loose!?!?

I just had a molar extracted on Friday and it seems like the stitches started coming out the day after!. A piece of my gum around a tooth that was beside it it hanging lose and can be moved with my tongue!. Should I call the oral surgeon tomorrow about this!?!? I am still very sore but am thinking this is normal since it has only been 3 days!. He put me on painkillers and a week of antibiotics but I have never had gum hang loose!.

when i got stitches in my mouth they put some kind of padding under them that looked like my gums!. maybe that's it but i would go check with the dentist!. it is defiantly normal for you to be sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
