What you tell does not sound all that bad: For the discolourations I would suggest a professional cleaning job, if need be with an air-flow!. Your teeth can be desensitised by means of laser supported fluoride application!. Unless the dark spots aren't caries, sealing the crevices will help!. But eventually, though you may not like it, a dentist should have a look at it!. Be brave!Www@Answer-Health@Com
