The basic answer to your question is "Yes", tooth whitening does work!.!.!.however the smart thing for you to do is first see a dentist for a general tooth exam!.!.!.!.and this is regardless of your age!.!.!.Do it your self health related procedures is OK under certain circumstances, but beginning one without knowing your health level, whether it be your body or your teeth is not an intelligent decision!. It depends on the type of whitener that you use!. Some work, some don't!. Crest white strips work for some, but not for me!. I used them for weeks with no change!. If you have the money, you could go to your dentist and get them whiten them there, but I've heard that it can cost $100-$300!.
HOME WHITENERS:
1) Peroxide works, just swish it around in your mouth for as long as you can stand it, up to a minute, then rinse out really good!.
2) Or you could brush your teeth with baking soda/powder!. I did and I saw some improvement!.
3) I also heard that before you brush with baking powder, you can make a paste out of strawberries and rub onto your teeth!. Leave it for 2-5 minutes, then rinse of and follow by brushing with baking powder, and rinse really good!.
4) I read on a website that you can rinse with lemon juice, like mouthwash, then rinse really good, then that works too!.
Just be careful, you don't want to damage you teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes but its terrible for your teeth, i really dont recommend any of it because either way it strips the outer protective skin off your teeth to bleach the bare tooth!. Bad for your tooth and can be painfulWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, whitening does work!. I use Crest Whitestrips, and it does work!. The only thing I have to say is that people expect it to work right away!. It takes 3-4 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
