My guess would be yes, you can do it without a dentist, however it would be risky!. The problem is that once the bacteria has penetrated the outer enamel, there is then nothing to stop it from compromising the pulp!. The tooth will then turn black on the inside, and by the time you can see there is a problem it may be too late!.

There are some things you can do to try and kill the bacteria or keep them out!. Sensodyne has a new toothpaste ProEnamel that hardens the enamel!.

There is an organic sugar named Xylitol!. Xylitol has only 70% the calories of sugar!. However Xylitol kills mouth bacteria on contact!. You may add Xylitol to regular sugar or to any beverage, even drinking water, and every sip has the effect of mouthwash!. Xylitol is my secret weapon!.

I have heard that if someone uses hydrogen peroxide as mouthwash (never swallow this) three times per day, they will never have a cavity!. You also have to floss before using a mouthwash to clean everything!. There are the new flossers that have a long handle like a toothbrush!.

Another one that will nuke the cavities is to crush some garlic and mix with water!. Let stand for a day and then use a coffee filter to get rid of the garlic pulp!. Use the liquid garlic like mouthwash at nighttime!. Garlic will soak into the gums and will sterilize the entire mouth!. Every germ will be dead!. Actually garlic will get into the blood from the mouth and then travel around killing germs all over your body!. The next morning you will feel 10 years younger!.

Other mild antiseptics include hot sauce, green tea, and peppermint!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can prevent cavaties, but once you have one it needs to be filled!. If it isn't, your whole tooth will rot away over time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
