anyone with experience or has had this problem!.
im trying to get braces but my mom does not make enough money to buy them for me,so she got on some stuff were u dont have to pay any money if i really need braces,i think its called medicare,its for poor people,anyway so i went to the dentist and they said that i would need them,but they had to send to the state to make sure they approved,well i got the letter and it said i did not aprove for braces,but i really do need them,ihave a 10% over bite,crowding,and they look just horrible,i really want braces,but the letter said if u do not agree with this,than send us back a letter with why u dont agree,and we will remake r decision,

what would be some good reasons on why i should have braces!?
i was gonna say most of the stuff on looks,but i dont think they will aprove on just that,so please help me

really medicare is considered to be for poor people!?!? I live in canada and medicare is like regular stuff for EVERYONE!. anywayz, you can say that it might get worse, and if i dont fix it now while i'm young it might be permanent or say that the over bite doesnt suit me!. i dont know, i already got my braces and removed and now i'm wearing retainers, so yeah!. come to canada, you can medicare for sure!. :) jks

What state do you live in!? Some states actually are harder to get approved for braces!. See if the orthodontic office that did your evaluation can resubmit the request with photos and x rays of your teeth so that they can view your actual case!.
Just call the office you went to!. If they work with medicaid patients they will be more than happy to help you get approved if it is possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think Overbite can cause wearing down of the teeth!.!.!. uhm , im not really sure about anything else!. Are you sure you don't have any other problems besides the aesthetics part!? I know i have an impacted tooth(that isn't my wisdom tooth) which can create bigger problems for me later in life so it's more than appearance for me!. I'm sorry, but i really don't know what else!. Maybe try talking to your dentist and ask him all the reasons for needing braces and the consequences of not getting them!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
