Question: Whats the best household way to whiten teeth!?
ive been smoking for three years and ive noticed now my teeth are off white and i hate this!. please dont say STOP SMOKING! because it wont happen but can someone help because the white strips and mouthwashes strip the skin from my inner cheeks it doesnt hurt but does get annoying!. i tried the strawberrys and perioxide already but i end up with seeds in my teeth and i dont put enough perioxide in because im scared ill swallow it! please help is there another way!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put baking soda on your toothbrush and use that -- it works!. You can sprinkle it on top of regular toothpaste too!. Baking soda plus peroxide can be mixed together to form a paste too!.
If you don't want to use regular baking soda or don't like the taste, just make sure your regular toothpaste has it in!. Limiting soda, tea, and wine can also help to reduce additional staining --- or just brush your teeth after consuming these items!.

Smoking, tea, coffee and some foods stain teeth!. There is no cure!. Try the whitening toothpaste from colgate or sensodyne!. Nothing else will work or is good for your teeth!.
Dental surgery bleaching WORKS!. Its very effective, quite expensive and in the long run EXTREMELY DAMAGING TO TEETH!.
Do NOT suck on lemons!.!.!. it erodes all the enamel away!.!.!.

You need a certain % of bleach to make a difference!. The whitening ones from chemists & supermarkets dont have great enough strength to work !.!.!. anything stronger is bad for enamel and the TOXIC bleach goes into the bloodstream!.
