ok go to the sports shop and buy one of thoese teeth gardes and by the clear one then cut it in half fo only the top part is there for your top teelh and say its those special kind that has the teeth part in it ope this helps im only 12Www@Answer-Health@Com
try rolling a small strip of foil into a "bar" shape to go over the front of your teeth like the wire does!. Then maybe tape it to a piece of clay or putty!. If youre going to put them in your mouth, be careful not to swallow it!. But thats all I can think of!.

get aluminum foil and wrap it around your teeth!.
take it out, then get one of those malleable wires and shape it!.
