Question: Back teeth don't meet !?
okay well i got braces almost 2 years ago mainly to fix a crossbite!.
right now i've been wearing rubberbands, which are helping in making my teeth line up straight!.
however, when i bite how it SHOULD be it feels like my back teeth don't meet!.
should i ask my ortho about this !?
can it be fixed !?
will i have to have my braces on longer !? (i really don't want this !)Www@Answer-Health@Com

My daughter had this situation!. Braces could not fix her problem and not only did her back teeth not touch but her entire upper jaw was smaller than her lower and her lower was more forward causing an overbite!.
She had to have dental jaw surgery!. She has a perfect smile now!.
Hopefully this will not be the situation in your case!. Before you worry ask your orthodontist what they think!. It might be no big deal, and will correct itself in time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, depending on your age, you could still be developing the placement of your teeth!.
You could talk to your dentist/orthodontist, they're always great people to ask stuff about teeth :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
