Colorful braces??!
Question: Colorful braces!?!?
do they always let you pick colors or do some orthodontists just get plain ones!? because alot of the kids at my orthodontist get ugly metal braces!.!.!.i'm getting braces tomorrow!. i really want colorful ones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If u really want color do Royal Blue and Lime Green!. It's a great mix and is pretty common on braces so not many people will notice them!. Gray is also a great color :]

It depends on who your orthodontist is!. If you do get colored bands, I highly recommend dark colors!. It makes your teeth look whiter!. If you get clear, yellow, white, or orange, it looks like food stuck in your teeth or it makes your teeth look yellow!. Also, if you get more than one color, make sure both are light or both are dark - don't mix light with dark (for example, white with navy blue), it makes your teeth look crooked!.

The actual wire will be a silver color but you can choose rubber band to go on top of the brackets that can be different colors!. I always did my school colors when i was playing a sport or colors to go with what ever season we were in!. Try to avoid black if you have to get a power chain a!.k!.a pain chain because it will look like you got a piece of black liquorice it your braces=[Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's been a while since I had my braces!.!.!. got them off in 2001 or so!. But I got to pick colors then, so I would imagine you could now!

i also have braces, the metal parts have to be that color but they put you some rubber bands on top and you can pick any color you want!. every month i go to the orthodontist i chose different colors, so they should have a variety of colors for you to chose fromWww@Answer-Health@Com
i think they all give you the option of colored braces!. i had them colored but i didnt like it, it was too kiddish and if i put black and orange for halloween, it would look funcky the next day!. if i were you i would get clear!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
My advice to you is either get navy blue, or hot pink!. Other colors such as baby blue, baby pink, yellow, tend to discolor into a weird nasty color!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
But you might pay more for the clear braces because they glue them to your teeths everytime you go get them tighten!. Regular braces cost like $5,000 and the clear straight wire cost like $7,000!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
