They do not!. although they normally glue the braces on, they take them off and have you brush more often than most people think!. Despite this the glue prevents sugars mixing with plaque!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No unfortunately!. I just got them, they make you brush your teeth before but thats it!. So if you end up having white spots when they come off you have to get them bleachedWww@Answer-Health@Com
