Question: Help with my braces!?
Hey, I have braces and I need to learn how to floss!. I know they give you those blue things your supose to stick in between your braces, but that is a pain in the ***!. Does anyone know any kind of mouth wash or toothbrush that could help me!. Also anyone have any tecniques they are willing to share!. I use this expensive sonicare tooth brush!. Anyone have any tips on how to make sure my teeth come out well!? I really need any advice with my teeth! Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i guess there is this thing you can buy that sprays high powered water that you can use to clean your teeth with!.!.!.i dont know the name of it but i guess it works really good!.!.!.if i find out the name of it ill let you know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
they also have this special floss for braces which is pre-cut and has one end that is stiff so you can get it under the wire called threader floss!. additionally, i have read some journal articles saying that a waterpik helps but i have never tried it since it is so expensive to purchase!. i really liked the threader floss which i mentioned above!. i have seen it come in a cardboard box!. it is more expensive than using the blue floss threaders, but sometimes you are just really tired at night and need something easy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i had braces; and i suggest you deal with it like everyone else does and just floss the way they tell you so you will have perfect teeth when they come off!.
