Question: Retainer color or designs!?
im officially getting my braces off July 18th! (i've had them on 4 a little over 2!.5 years)<--- and ino thats not that long compared to some ppl
anyways, the orthodontist gives u a little booklet thing of ur options, and gives u lk a minute to decide wut color or design to get!! i've seen some ppl hold up the orthodontist cuz they couldnt decide, but i don't blame them! basically, i want to be prepared , and know wut to get when i arrive there!.
so finally, wut is a good retainer color/design that is cool and so i wont loose it at lunch or throw it away by accident!
if u can, but its not necessary, leave a website attatched where they show u some retainer colors!.
and BTW, i'm not allowed to get the clear invisiline, my orthodontist says it doesnt work as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have a retainer now!. It's blue and sparkly!. Whatever you do, don't get clear! It will get super dirty and yellow!. Blechh!. I would get a really bright color that will be hard to overlook!. from expierience, you want a very bright color, so it will be easy to find, or maybe 2 very diffrent bright colors, so that it will be even more noticable! i got light pink, hoping that it wouldnt be that noticable, but i kept accidently throwing it away when i threw my lunch away during school!. i know you might tell yourself that youll remember, but it happens to everyone!. i would go with bright green, and yellow for colors!!!!

Get a bright color!. Do not ever wrap your retainer in a napkin and sit it on your tray!. Always put it in the box!. You are bound to throw it away at some point on accident but if you keep it in the box you are going to be less likely!. I spent a couple of periods digging through garbage looking for my retainer in Junior high and it isn't fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anyway, try to find something that's a bit darker!. Light ones will get gross looking after a while!. I've heard of ones that look like watermelons, that would be cool!.

Just get a regular retainer with whatever color you like!. I don't think getting stripes or swirls on it is going to prevent you from throwing it away when you eat!. Don't put it on the table or your tray, keep your case in your purse or pocket and put it in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If I were you, I would chose your favorite colors!.
I got my braces off in September and got dark blue and turquoise (my fav colors)
Then, you'll remember them!.!.!. hopefully!

Mine is pink with glitter in it!. I have not lost it yet!. Broke once but got a replacement for free since I had it in for 3 years!. I have to wear mine for life!.
