it dosent sound like it but yes it is ! when teeth wear down teeth shorten wich causes bite change !. when bite change occurs this is harsh on the jaw joints and lead into a condition called temporomandibular joint dysfunction wich is painful and annoying and virtually hard to treat so the morrel is it can be harmful and make your teeth brittleWww@Answer-Health@Com
