Hello, as the patient who is paying for his services he is obligated to provide you with the kind of filing you requested!.!.!.unless he can give you a reasonable reason as to why he can't meet your request!.!.!.Then it's your decision whether or not to have the material he used!. There are a number of different filing materials that can be used and some of them do indeed provide a color choice!. If you made a specific request you are entitled to what you wanted and his having to replace the one he put in should be at his expense!.!.!.!.Example, you take your car to a paint shop and tell them to paint it Green and when you come back to pick it up it's been painted Red!.!.!.are you going to pay them "again" to paint it the right color, the one you have already paid for!?!? I think not!.!.!.Just stand your ground and be straight forward and tell him it's not what you wanted, requested and paid for, now you want it done your way!.!.!.If he refuses you file a complaint with the State Dental Board, The Better Business Bureau and you take him to Small Claims Court for a full Refund of the fees he charged plus Court Cost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
