ok i had this same thing but on a top tooth! try using whitening toothpaste to start! concentrate your brushing in that area! if that doesnt start to shift it you will have to see the dentist - well the hygienist at the dentist, they clean your teeth for you and they do actually remove the stains, believe me i know your fear of the dentist, i have hole thats been waiting to be filled for about 7 months and just wont go, but i wen for the hygienist as i was getting married and it was on a smiley tooth!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should go to the dentist, trust me they see these sorts of things all the time so you mustn't be embarrassed! Your hygienist at the dentist may be able to whiten the area for you!.

After this, when you brush, don't rinse the toothpaste all out! The fluoride in the toothpaste helps protect against colour change so remember not to rinse it all out after you brush! Also avoid things like tea which stain the teeth and sugary foods!.!.!. try to brush or rinse soon after eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Brush regularly with a whitening and flouride toothpaste!. A simple stain should come clean with this treatment!. Baking soda can be used as well, but a caution is in order!. It is abrasive and can remove tooth enamel if used all the time!.

Otherwise, a good cosmetic dentist can literally lift the stain away as long as there is no damage in the tooth!.

Good luck, and I hope it goes well for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

who cares, it will fall out soon, just make sure you take better care of your adult teeth cos you only get one set of those xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
