Lines may b due to high level of flouride in u'r communitydrinking water!.u might hd consumed it in past probably in childhood!.this condition is called flourosis!.Flourosis may b mild, moderate or severe!.mild flourosis appear as paper like white streaks on front surfaces of teeth!.some of them present with brown stains!.a developmental disturbance will also present with same presentations bt alerations in the tooth structure is also accompanied!.well,about treatment ,bleaching will do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you mean decalcification!? Then you cannot do anything to remove this, its not like plaque you cannot just "scrape" it away!. Teeth whitening products usually help balance out the discolorment caused by this and definitely makes it less noticeable!. I have heard there are some creams, I'm not so sure!.!.But to prevent from any more of this from happening (most commonly happens from lack of good hygiene while wearing braces) kick up your good hygiene!.
