Gum Abscess...?!
Question: Gum Abscess!.!.!.!?
A few days ago I accidentally brushed a little too hard while brushing my teeth, and I bumped my gums a little bit!.
There was a (possible) small cut formed there, and I ignored it!.
Now, I looked up on the area where I bumped the brush, and I saw a cut!. There was two tiny white spots (but not bumps) that looked more like healing cuts!.
Abscesses usually are really painful, right!? Mine only hurts if I touch it!.
So, is this an abscess, or not!?

I had an abscess on my lip and no I didnt have fever, and I only had pain around the area or on it if i touched it!. Sometimes you just know what it is, also mine was pretty small so maybe the size impacts the severity of the symptoms (that would make sense)!. So maybe we were lucky and got away with small ones without many symptoms, but they can get larger and larger!. If you pop it yourself make sure you use something extremely sterile!. If you arent sure, dont use it! Or just go to a doctor to drain it, if it becomes that large!.!.Hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
Don't worry about it!. Brush more gently and use a toothpaste for sensitive gums such as Sensodyne!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
