Valplast partial was to be free of metal, it's not!?!

Question: Valplast partial was to be free of metal, it's not!!?
Hello, I got my Valplast partial last week!. It was to be a flexible, no metal partial!. I paid 2,200 dollars for it!. It has an all metal frame, with very little Valplast that covers metal hooks!. I HATE it, the dentist doesn't care, (they were paid months ago, as they pre-billed me with a credit company they signed me up for)!. I am going to try to dispute the charges!. The teeth are too short, the jaw is too narrow, the gumline is off and so thick it is noticable that I have it in, and I gag on the metal frame!. Valplast is not suppose to contain metal, (thats what I was told, thats what I paid for), can anyone back me up on that statement so I can print out this page to send along to the credit company!? It would help if you wouldn't mind including a contact info of some sort, and your job title if you work in the dental feild, or in a lab that makes them!. Thanks so much!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The design process involved in creating a removable partial (denture) is specific to the patient
