Question: Ortho wearers!! i need your help!!?
is there anyway to speed up the orthrodontics processes!. since i dont work in an office anymore i cant have them change my bands every 2 weeks!. i have been gently pushing on my teeth, but i didnt know if there was any little tricks that helped you guys shorten the length of treatment!.!.!. any advice would be nice!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every two weeks is too often to change your bands anyhow!. There really isn't any way to shorten treatment!. Just go to regular appointments and make sure to wear elastics when it is time to do that part!. I have only had elastics on for 4 weeks and I can already tell such a big difference than before and I have had them on for FOUR YEARSWww@Answer-Health@Com
