Question: I think my wisdom teeth are coming through but im not sure!.!.!.help!?

I have started to have something in the back of my mouth that looks like an ulcer but i can sort of feel that there is something under it!. The pain has started to go into my throat and it hurts for me to swallow and eat!.!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME I dont know what to doWww@Answer-Health@Com
