Question: Can i wear my retainer at night instead of 24/7!?
I have worn my retainer religiously for nearly 5 months for 24/7,
do you think i can wear it at night only now!?
or keep it on for another two months then wear it at night!?

eventually you will only be told to wear it at night by your orthadontist!. Until then wear it 24/7 if that's what you were told to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need to do exactly what your orthodontists says!. You could end up doing double time with your braces and you certainly don't want to do that!. The timing is calculated exactly for your teeth and the effect the braces are supposed to produce by forcing your teeth into the correct position!.
If you don't follow directions exactly you will have to have new ones made and do it all over again Please do as your Dr!. says!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
